CME’s Week for Future campaign reached more than 24.2 million people across television, streaming, digital platforms and social media in its first year. Running simultaneously across six CME markets from 1 to 7 June 2026, the campaign exceeded the reach of Green Week 2025 by more than 519,000 people and strengthened its position as one of CME’s flagship cross-market initiatives. In Romania, PRO TV extended Week for Future into a Month for Future, expanding both employee engagement and audience reach with more activities.

Building on three successful editions of Green Week, Week for Future broadened the campaign’s focus beyond environmental awareness to explore the interconnected choices that shape healthier lives, stronger communities and a more sustainable shared future.

CME’s broadcasters – bTV Bulgaria, RTL Croatia, TV Nova Czech Republic, PRO TV Romania & Moldova, Markíza Slovakia and PRO PLUS Slovenia – brought audiences inspiring stories, reports, interviews and practical advice focused on the next generation, food and healthy living, better mobility, smarter homes, inclusive climate action, community support and everyday heroes. The content was distributed across linear television, streaming services, websites and social media.

Week for Future shows what is possible when the reach of our media brands, the creativity of our teams and the expertise of our partners come together around a shared purpose. By evolving Green Week, we were able to keep environmental responsibility within the campaign while opening the conversation to health, inclusion, community and everyday resilience. The growth in audience reach, engagement and commercial opportunities show that meaningful content can create both social impact and business value,” said Aneta Kožuszniková, CME’s Week for Future Project Manager.

Across digital platforms, CME teams published 146 articles and 398 social media posts. Social media content alone reached more than 4.1 million people, over half a million more than during the 2025 Green Week campaign.

Engagement extended well beyond CME’s screens. More than 1,240 employees participated in 60 internal activities across the group, while 48 non-governmental organizations and 34 business partners contributed to the campaign.

Week for Future also generated commercial opportunities approaching half a million euros, more than doubling the previous year’s results. The growth demonstrates the campaign’s increasing appeal to partners and its ability to connect meaningful social themes with audience engagement and tangible business value.
