Klára Brachtlová acts as the interim Deputy CEO of CME, responsible for Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Croatia, while concurrently maintaining her responsibilities over CME’s external affairs regarding the Czech Republic and with the EU authorities as Chief External Affairs. Klára has more than 15 years of experience in media, including at TV Nova, where she held various positions in finance and operations, and then served as co-CEO.
Klára Brachtlová serves as the interim Deputy CEO of CME, overseeing operations in Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, and Croatia. In addition to these responsibilities, she continues to manage CME’s external affairs concerning the Czech Republic and EU authorities as Chief External Affairs. With over 15 years of experience in the media industry, Ms. Brachtlová has held various positions in finance and operations at TV Nova, where she served as co-CEO in the years 2019-2022.

Brendan Donahue is the general counsel and chief business development officer of CME overseeing the company’s legal and corporate governance operations as well as M&A and other business development initiatives. Mr. Donahue joined CME in January 2011 after having previously worked as a M&A/general corporate practitioner in the New York office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Mr. Donahue is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Colgate University.
Martin Šeda is the CME's Group Legal and Compliance Director overseeing the company’s legal and corporate governance operations. Mr. Šeda joined CME in April 2025 after having held prominent legal and compliance roles at Home Credit Group, serving as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Home Credit N.V. and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Home Credit International in Prague. His prior experience includes senior legal roles at prestigious firms such as Hogan Lovells and Kinstellar. Martin has extensive experience and impressive background from working in multiple diverse markets, including China, Indonesia, Vietnam and Kazakhstan.

Michal Malenčík is the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer of CME, responsible for shaping the group’s overall business strategy, accelerating the OTT transformation, driving the adoption of advanced data analytics and AI models, and expanding partnerships. Mr. Malenčík brings over a decade of experience within CME, where he has held a variety of strategic and operational roles across the organization. Prior to joining CME, he developed his financial expertise at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Deborah Cleaver is the chief financial officer at CME. Ms. Cleaver joined the company in 2007 and held positions in investor relations and financial planning prior to her current appointment. Ms. Cleaver is a chartered accountant with over twenty years of experience in broadcast television finance, including previous roles at CNBC Europe.

Chief Digital Officer
Daniel Grunt is the chief digital officer at CME responsible for digital media, the digital transformation of CME, and developing the Voyo streaming platform across all six geographic markets. Daniel gained extensive strategic, leadership, and digital experience during his career in management positions at FTV Prima, Sanoma, TV Nova, Nokia, and Centrum.cz.

Soňa Schwarzová is the chief people and sustainability officer at CME responsible for the group’s HR and ESG strategy. Soňa joined the company in September 2021 with more than 20 years of experience gained mainly at Komerční banka/Société Générale, Nationale Neederlanden Life Insurance, and Air Bank.

Zoran Jankovic is CME’s Chief Technology and IT Officer (CTIO), responsible for and overseeing CME’s technology and IT at all CME stations. With 25 years of leadership experience, including nearly two decades at RTL, he has led many digital transformation efforts in the media sector. Zoran has spearheaded many large projects, from business process optimization to cross-border innovation. His extensive industry knowledge is key to bolstering CME's technological capabilities.

Tuwiah (Tubi) Neustadt is the content production director at CME responsible for all local content produced by CME's TV channels. In the past, Tubi founded TV production companies in Germany and Israel, producing innovative and market-leading programs. Since joining CME in 2015, he has been leading local production for all CME channels. Besides creative control, his duties include ensuring the quality and adequate budgeting of all production projects. Furthermore, Tubi is in charge of knowledge management across all CME channels ensuring the best synergies based on an initiative he created called “The Power of the Group”. Tubi is also a judge and a member of the International Emmy Awards.

Previously, Tubi founded successful TV production companies in Germany and Israel, delivering innovative, market-leading programming. At CME, he oversees R&E projects in the Czech Republic and Romania, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. Tubi is also a judge for the International Emmy Awards and serves as the President of the CME Content Academy.

Igor Draguzet

Igor Draguzet is CME’s chief content officer responsible for the overall broadcast and video on demand content strategy across the group, as well as programming and content acquisitions. Coming from a production background at RTL, Igor has been with CME since 2015, serving in programming roles in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria before taking on his current role within the group.
Igor Draguzet is CME’s Chief Content Officer, responsible for the group’s broadcast and video-on-demand content strategy, as well as programme commissioning and acquisitions. With a robust production background from RTL Croatia, Mr. Draguzet has contributed to CME since 2014, holding key programming roles in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria prior to assuming his current executive position.
