
CME announced today that Jan Vlcek is stepping down from his role as Group Revenue Chief to pursue new opportunities, effective 31st March. Jan Vlček, who joined the media group in 2011, is embarking on a new professional journey after more than a decade of valuable commitment to the company.
Jan’s dedication over his more than 12 years with the CME group has proven instrumental to the success of both TV Nova and CME as a member of the management team. Having previously served as Executive Director of TV Nova, Jan Vlcek demonstrated exceptional leadership by significantly enhancing critical advertising strategies and fostering strong client relationships across the group. His skillful navigation of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath further underscored his abilities.
Since joining CME, Jan Vlcek has spearheaded strategic initiatives such as cross-screen content monetization and the implementation of targetable advertising, contributing significantly to the company's growth and evolution. Jan Vlcek intends to leverage these strategic skills in his forthcoming career following his departure from CME.
