CME Group has implemented a group reorganization aimed at strengthening the headquarters’ core functions and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

The reorganization is designed to streamline cross-operational collaboration, accelerate the sharing of expertise across the group, and ensure that synergies and efficiencies are identified and implemented, while also supporting responsible cost management.

As part of this change, CME Group would like to express its sincere thanks to Soňa Schwarzová, Chief People & Sustainability Officer, who is leaving the company. We thank her for her long-term dedication, hard work, and loyal service to CME Group. She has made valuable contributions to the company over many years and has been strongly committed to supporting the company’s transformation.

CME Group would also like to thank Deborah Cleaver, who is stepping aside from her position as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, effective 1 March 2026. CME and PPF are currently in discussions regarding her potential future role within the Group.

Both the HR and Finance functions will report to Klára Brachtlová, who is extending her role as Deputy CEO & Chief External Affairs Officer.
