The portfolio of Markíza Group consists of five channels (TV Markíza, Doma, Dajto, Markíza KRIMI, Markíza International). Launched in 1996, TV Markíza’s programming strategy is focused on family entertainment, and it provides a wide range of locally produced content that reflects viewers’ desires and tastes.

The channel’s content is also available through mobile applications and HbbTV. CME’s flagship online platform Voyo is an increasingly successful video on demand subscription service with over 650,000 subscribers across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Markíza Foundation, established in 2007, works on projects that aim to improve the quality of children’s lives and support their dreams and goals.

One of TV Markíza’s projects is Second Chance for Mobiles, which collected outdated mobile phones and eliminated 75 kilograms of e-waste. The project also brought attention to a donation platform that supported over 100 disadvantaged families. Peter Gažík is the CEO of TV Markíza.
