Nova Group consists of thirteen channels (TV Nova, Nova Cinema, Nova Fun, Nova Gold, Nova International, Nova Action, Nova Sport 1, Nova Sport 2, Nova Sport 3, Nova Sport 4, Nova Sport 5, Nova Sport 6, and Nova Lady), and it’s the largest commercial television station in the country.

TV Nova has been a pioneer in the online space, from its tn.cz website, to offering HbbTV services, to CME’s flagship video on demand platform Voyo that currently has 650,000 subscribers across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For over 10 years and now falling under the CME Cares Family, TV Nova has worked with the Good Angel charity that provides financial assistance to families with serious health problems. TV Nova’s CEO is Daniel Grunt.

TV Nova s.r.o. is a member of a group within the meaning of section 79 of Act No. 90/2012 ColI. on Business Corporations, whose managing entity is CME Media Enterprises B.V., TV Nova s.r.o.'s sole shareholder.
